It was time for change for me too.
I was 38 and looking for more.

This isn’t living, this is barely surviving …
Who Am I?
So many things had begun to suffer – health, time, finances, relationships … EVERYTHING!
I was always helping others and NEVER helping myself.
I had lost sight of me … My passions, my purpose, my dreams
I had given up and had settled …
I was questioning EVERYTHING
I stepped out of the box
I took a huge leap of faith
I did the work – both inner and outer – and I’m still a work in progress, like we all are …
But choosing courage over everything else, I dove deep into personal development, discovering new beliefs, and a new found self love; I found connection and community, and with time I learnt to dream again because I could see what was possible for me.
And that was just the beginning of
my amazing journey …
